Take a deep breath of that 2012 air.

HaPpY NeW YeAr!! I have to say I spent my new years eve (apart from not being with family) exactly the way I would have wanted to. I stayed up all night with friends on the lake and we ended up driving to Whataburger at 3A.M. The weather was beyond perfect the next morning and we all went to lunch at this adorable local restaurant.
In the spirit of a new year, I know it's always a good idea at the beginning of the year to reevaluate and establish priorities. The key is to set challenging yet realistic goals. I recently read the book "18 Minutes" by Peter Bregman (which I highly recommend) and one of the most helpful parts of the book is how he helps you not only write and execute your to-do list, but establish what you should put on your list. I honestly

feel like I can accomplish almost anything simply because I know how to write and tackle a to-do list. Besides having better discipline with my diet and workout schedule, I'm determined to get better at checking things off my list.
Happy New Year everyone! Make it a good one!
